Cylinder head rebuild

Hey everybody doing a heads job on a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3800 series II. Engine is and was full of sludge but the car runs and drive no knocking so I’m doing a heads job I’m removing the motor how do I drain the motor of all fluids any suggestions what I can use to desludge this motor I already used gas and kerosene but it’s not powerful enough
